Administrative Details

 When you submit your application by clicking on the button below, we will check your credit and ability to qualify. However, this will not show as an inquiry on your credit report. This will just start the actual process. If you get approved and you accept a loan offer, Finance Your Care will charge you a fee based on the chart below. Please read each section below and agree to the terms before submitting your request.

• Loan Processing Steps: When you submit your application, you will be shown your credit score, but nothing else will immediately happen. Within one hour during normal business hours (M-F 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM eastern time), one of our Finance Managers will review your application and they will call you back. If you do not hear back from one of our Finance Managers within one hour, please call (844) 995-4657. 
• Usage of the Loan Proceeds: The intended purpose for this loan request is to pay for a medical procedure. As such, you CANNOT accept a loan offer and then use the funds for any other purpose.  Doing so may be viewed by the lender as fraud and will make the loan voided immediately. That would lead to the lender requiring you to pay the loan off immediately.  
• Finance Your Care User Fee: If your request is approved and you accept a loan offer, Finance Your Care will charge you a fee based on the chart below. We will allow you to finance this fee along with the loan amount requested. But it must be paid prior to your medical services being rendered.

Here is the fee schedule:

• Loan amounts up to $9,999.99 / the fee is $375
• Loan amounts from $10,000 to $24,999.99 / the fee is $575 
• Loan amounts of $25,000 and up / the fee is $775
